I don't see the problem. It's your non-horsey friends, right? Do they ski? etc... the horse makes all the difference I say, and of course the instructor.

Stay patient and I agree with you about visits. They are wonderful therapy. We know it's not ALL about riding. :-)Allisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07482659005625818604noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3505088671832035603.post-17540268753214691112010-12-30T13:31:57.787-05:002010-12-30T13:31:57.787-05:00Hi there recovery woman!

Helmets, definitely, trusty schoolmasters absolutely! The pictures are great, and your grandsons are learning from the get-go that there are no shortcuts to riding. They are embarking on a lifetime journey that will serve them well.

Glad to hear you have a break from the doctors and hospitals. I also agree that time with the horse is important. I haven't ridden for a year (long story) but we had a ride yesterday that shows my OTTB is still up to his old tricks (he'll be 17 next week) and has plenty of "P and V" to give me the ride of my life. Luckily he knows it's important to take care of his rider ;o)

Fingers crossed for a speedy and complete recovery and that you're back in the saddle and blogging regularly very soon!!TBDancerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03889066602819359591noreply@blogger.com
